Microsoft Office Outlook 2007

I recently implemented Microsoft office 2007 at my work place. And once I install on client computers and then get them log on from there user name and try to create there account on Outlook it crashes. After many attempts I found the following solution for it.

The problem : After inputing user email details and then Outlook show to input User name for for the profile. But it get hidden in few seconds with out giving the time to input the name. And when I try to close Outlook it want close. I actually had to end the process of outlook to close it.

Cause: I think this cause by other programs like security programs who are trying to install spam add ins.

Solution:
1. The best way to avoid this is to actually close outlook (You might have to end process using task manager ( Keyboard shortcut : CTRL + SHIFT + ESC))

2. Now open another office program like word or excel. Once you open this it will ask you to enter the user name and also other privacy details.

3. Once you have done that you can open outlook and then it will start to function normally.
